Sunnyside St. Patty's Parade

Well well well! There goes Spike at the parade last Sunday. Congrats to Eric Hauser for getting this great shot into the NY Times Online photo contest. Yep! Spike was hamming it up for the cameras that day since Debbie dressed him up so darn cute.

I'm a proud papa!

Thanks to everyone who came out and especially everyone who stuck it out til the end. The politicians had us waiting until almost 2pm before getting the parade under way. But alas they finally stopped talking and we were able to carry our S.U.D.S. Banner all the way to Woodside. It was a lot of fun and we made a statement. "Give us our dog run!!"

I'm looking to get feedback from all of the supporters of nycdog.org and sudsmutts.com. This forum is for you to voice your opinion about how the Juniper Park Civic Association is handling their fight to leash our dogs. Post your responses and invite others to join.

And don't forget to bring your four legged friends to Sunnyside for this Sunday's St. Patrick's Day Parade (Skillman Ave from 43rd Street to Roosevelt Ave).
